Rebecca Yu, RMT

Rebecca is a graduate of The West Coast College of Massage Therapy, in New Westminster, BC and is a Registered Massage Therapist from the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. (CMTBC)

Her solid foundation of human anatomy, physiology, pathology and neurology is the basis for her unique, effective treatments that are specific to individual conditions. Rebecca enjoys the challenge of discovering the underlying causes of her patient's conditions and provides a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan. Rebecca utilizes a holistic approach that involves personalized management programs which may include Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Technique, Trigger Point Therapy, strengthening exercises, and patient education.

Through Massage Therapy, Rebecca enables her patients to achieve both a physical and mental balance. She believes that massage is important aspect of your health; to heal an injury, for preventative care, or simply for pure relaxation. She finds it extremely rewarding to be able to provide hands on treatments and see improvements in her patient's overall condition.

Outside of Massage Therapy, Rebecca enjoys travelling and regularly participates in various sporting activities. She is very excited to join the Columbia Integrative Health team.
